The devil enters stage right raising smoke from his feet to a standing ovation.
His commands reach the permits of the canvas and run across my neck like a spider. Crawling inside my skull and into my brain. Something walks across my grave.
He raises a boot and 3000 answer with theirs.
The man behind me cries.
His hypnotic wizardry extends to the stars. The air electrifies.
Matilda Waltzes. The Flag is hoisted.
God has left the building.
