Hosting365 have nothing to do with the stability of those services. That said, their actual uptime is excellent (certainly better than whom lottie moved to ;) )

We maintain 100% uptime mission critical infrastructure for airlines, mobile operators, corporate and government.

"hosting365
has nothing to do with any shared hosting services" - other than hosting Register365's servers, which probably explains their uptime statistics...

@Stephen Apologies for my flippant remark. I appreciate you taking your time to comment. It's unfortunate that the appalling service (both in hosting service and customer service) we have received from Namesco/R365 has had a marring effect on the name of Hosting365. I have had such a difficult time getting any help from R365 over the past few weeks. The only time I can get anything resembling help is when I have been on hold for over a half an hour to their 'support' team.

The sale of R365 was undoubtedly a good business move but the customer has suffered and I hope that their has been little or no knock-on effect to the reputation of H365. Again, thank you for the comment.

Register365 ceased to be a division of hosting365 nearly a year ago. Names.co.uk are the new owners and are transitioning the systems away from the h365 domains.

Other than that there is no connection and hosting365 has nothing to do with any shared hosting services or support.

Hope that helps clarify and I'm sorry you had a poor experience with them.

@Stephen - duly noted and amended. When we first set up the sites all correspondence was with Hosting 365 and the name servers are were still (up to earlier today) "hosting365".

While there seems to have been some shuffelling around of the company, Hosting and Register seem to be invaribly connected. Are they not one in the same?
