Mind The Step

It is a curious sensation: the sort of pain that goes mercifully beyond our powers of feeling. When your heart is broken, your boats are burned: nothing matters any more.”

Sometimes I wish my foot didn’t fit so snugly in my mouth. That on just one one occasion my face wouldn’t betray my mind and I could keep schtum. I should teach my eyes not to shy away from a question I don’t wish to answer but instead grow my hair long over my face and learn to talk at my feet.

It is not my job to go breaking hearts.

    GBS?

Ok whaaaaaaaat have you done? Which cat did you let out of the bag??? :)

@Catherine & Elf – Yes. it is sad and I have to try repair my damage somehow now. Dig up.

@Maxi – Thank you for your touching and emotional email. I am so impressed when men can admit to sitting down and having a good cry. You shouldn’t be ashamed of how you feel. And I suggest trying online for larger sizes in womens clothing.

@R – You know what my problem is.

I have a bluntness issue and don’t suffer fools, particularly emotional ones gladly. But I’m realizing it’s my issue not theirs so I need to improve on my inter-personal skills me thinks.

Oh and r – yes it’s a Georgy quote. One of my favourites.

You’re a quare fish, Lottie. A weird mixture of contrasts. From my limited observation, that is.

  8. Holemaster Says:

I read that as “square” fish.

For what it’s worth, I think not suffering fools is very commendable. I’ve wasted a lot of my time giving oxygen to vacuums.
